You Are In Charge of Your Journey.

“Alice came to a fork in the road. 'Which road do I take?' she asked.
'Where do you want to go?' responded the Cheshire Cat.
'I don't know,' Alice answered.
'Then,' said the Cat, 'it doesn't matter.”
Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland

My dears, sometimes in life we face these most difficult choices—our life's greatest challenges.

And we may spend all of our moments, our days and weeks, and sadly even years - agonizing over our, 'Yes, but what would be best?"

That we end up laying, paralyzed in our very own overwhelmed-ness.

Isn't it ironic that our brains, with all of this capacity to cause us to think....can be so equally charming at causing us to freeze?

Sometimes, a good thinking brain really stinks. As, it already assumes we've entered our question with purpose and direction - leaving only the mapping portions to it.

But, how often do we pause in our upset to ask ourselves, "Ok, what is it that I really wish?"

Or, are we so conditioned to feeling unsettled - that we assume it to be there when it isn't?

My dears, what is it that you really wish? Ask yourselves honestly, and before grief shoves its way in.

Because, when you ask yourself this question - you're giving yourself permission to be in charge of it.

Thus, offsetting any feelings of pitiful powerlessness.

My dears, this is your path. And, no matter what you may discover along the way - there is one truth always to be held so very dear, that is...

You are in charge of your journey.
